Vintage Wooden Box Tool Chest Black #893

A vintage tool storage chest with solid brass hinges and cast iron drop down handles.
 
The paintwork has been left untouched for its authenticity and patina and it has been waxed inside and out making it clean and tidy. The substantial brass hinges have been stripped of the old paint and polished making a great feature of them.
 
There are some old leather straps for organising small items internally.
 
It is very solid and heavy, possibly Edwardian 1910 ca.
 
It could now be used for toy storage or coffee table.
