Pair of Decorative Brass Vases

A matching pair of vintage brass vases, featuring elegant fluted bodies with an intricate engraved decorative pattern. Their tall, slender form and richly worked surfaces give them an exotic, antique character.
 
The exact origin is uncertain, although they appear to be from India or Syria.
 
The rims show some slight warping, consistent with age and use, but overall the pair remains highly decorative and full of character. A lovely addition to a vintage, eclectic or traditional interior.
