Vintage Oak Bureau Desk with Drawers by Jentique

A vintage Jentique bureau desk, dating from around the 1960s–70s, constructed from oak with a rich, darker wood-stained finish.
The bureau has a wonderfully traditional Art Deco-inspired design, with shaped detailing, decorative carved panels and distinctive turned bun feet. The detailed wood carving adds plenty of character, while the warm oak grain and darker finish give it a substantial, classic appearance.
 
It is very strong and sturdy, with four spacious drawers that all run smoothly. The original lock and key are still present, making it useful for securely storing paperwork, a laptop and other personal items.
 
The Jentique label is retained inside the top drawer, confirming the maker. Jentique produced a range of well-made British furniture during the mid-20th century.
 
The piece does have quite a bit of age-related wear, including scuffs, marks and areas of polished-in wear across the finish. These are consistent with its age and previous use.
 
A solid and highly practical vintage bureau with plenty of storage and a distinctive decorative appearance. Ideal as a home office desk, writing bureau or occasional workspace.

Delivery Details
Delivery will be 1 man, ground floor, kerbside and will be 1-2 weeks (or sooner).
If you are unable to assist the courier and require 2 man delivery then there may be an additional charge.
Deliveries within a Congestion Zone may incur an additional £15.
