I can ship for £90 in England and Wales (Scotland additional £25). Delivery will be ground floor kerbside and will normally be within 1-2 weeks but please allow 28 days in an extreme case. 
 
London - Local delivery should be cheaper and immediate so please get in touch for a quote.
