Antique Penny Chair from Sweden

A charming antique penny chair stamped “Made in Sweden” to the underside.
 
Constructed from solid elm, this characterful chair dates to the late Victorian period and retains a wonderful sense of age and authenticity.
 
At some point, it has been painted and later stripped back, which has added to its rich patina and visual interest. There are signs of wear throughout, exactly as you’d hope to see on a piece of this age, giving it plenty of character and charm.
 
In nice condition overall. There is a little movement when handled, as you might expect from an antique chair, but once seated it feels strong, sturdy, and perfectly usable.
 
A lovely decorative and functional piece, ideal for adding vintage character to a hallway, bedroom, or living space.

Delivery Details
Delivery will be 1 man, ground floor, kerbside and will be 1-2 weeks (or sooner).
If you are unable to assist the courier and require 2 man delivery then there may be an additional charge.
Deliveries within a Congestion Zone will be an additional £15.
